What should i expect at a dog meet and greet?
At the meet and greet I will bring a form for you to fill in detailing your dogs health and preferences. This will ensure me to get a good understanding of your dog and their needs.
It will also be a great opportunity for you and your pup to learn more about me and have any questions answered.

Is the Meet & Greet mandatory?
Yes, its a great chance for you to ask me as many questions as you like and for me to meet you and your dog.
How long does a meet and greet last?
Normally 20 to 30 minutes, however these meet ups will not be rushed and I will ensure you will have enough time to inform me about your dogs needs and discuss any services you may like to use.
How much does a meet and greet cost?
Initial meet and greet is free of charge however if your dog needs several to get comfortable with me these will be an extra charge.
Where will a meet and greet take place?
Normally in your home or in a public space.
Will you collect my keys?
The keys should be available during the meet and greet. If you need the keys in between the meet and greet and the booking, I will invoice you £8 for the pickup of keys. The keys will normally be left in the property once the booking is complete.
What is your cancellation policy?
24 hours for dog walks and visit. House sitting will have a 3 day cancellation policy.
